We all have our own family dynamics and in this workshop, every family will have its place, through yourself and what you bring to the session.
Join with an open heart and mind, with the intention to learn more about yourself, your family dynamics', and your place in your own family and life.
In this workshop, we will base our personal work in the Systemic Family Constellations' method and systemic movements may happen for everyone.
What we will be doing:
- learn about family dynamics
- systemic movements (according to systemic family constellations' method)
- listening, sharing, integrating
What you can take from this:
- knowledge about yourself and your family dynamics', which can guide you in your daily relationships, decisions, way of living
- consciousness about yourself, your goals in life and what may be blocking you
- analysis of your own perspectives and ideals of life, family, past events, your present moment in life
- a community feeling
