Personalized guidance

There are moments in our lives during which we need support and guidance that is specially personalized for us, and that is why Mentoring sessions are moments where I guide you in your current personal phase.

Always relying on my multidisciplinary professional knowledge and approach.

Find your balance

Balance comes from within.

And to look within sometimes we need places where we can be fully "egoistical".

During Mentorship sessions I will be dedicated to you with respect and openness. Any thoughts, feelings, situations will be welcomed and looked into with compassion.

What about now?

How many times do we end a specific therapeutic session and we get even more confused and unsettled with the many advices and changes we have to apply in our lives?

Mentorship sessions are perfect for these moments where you might need an extra support to integrate and process this time of your healing journey.

"Build" what makes sense to you and with what makes sense to your jouney

Example of used tools in a Mentorship session:

- active listening and analysis of what you share;

- meditation, breathing and body connection exercises to work on your blocked emotions;

- systemic exercises to analyze and understand better your family system and background;

- systemic and transpersonal perspectives and exercises;

- guidance through angel cards, systemic cards

and systemic affirmations;

- sharing mantras (not related to any specific religion);

- follow up of all themes mentioned in previous therapies.

Each session takes place online and it lasts for up to 60min

Individual sessions

325 AED (incl. 5% VAT) per session

For 4 sessions' package*

(can be used until 30/Jan/2024):

1140 AED (incl. 5% VAT) total payment at the beginning

Sessions with a partner or

a family member*

485 AED (incl. 5% VAT) total
